【摘要】 <正> 坛紫菜(P.haitanensis T.J.Chang et B.F.Zheng)是我国特有的暖温带性海藻,自然分布于长江以南诸省,是闽、浙等省的紫菜优势种。坛紫菜具有良好的栽培(养殖)性状,有较长的生长期;对海区、附着基有广泛的适应性;藻体大、生长快、产量高,经济效益好。冬季生产的坛紫菜质地柔软,营养丰富,味道鲜美,有独特的风味,产品深受国内、外市场欢迎。它已成为我国人工养殖海藻的主要对象之一,年产量占全国紫菜产量的百分之九十左右。坛紫菜的单位面积产量和条斑紫菜一样,在不同地区、不同年份、不同单位之间都更多还原

【Abstract】 A serial survey on the growth rate and the ratio of fresh/dry weight of the cultivated Porphyra (F. haitanensis) in Zhou Shan Island, Zhejiang were carried out from Nov. 1979 to April 1980. The results indicated that the growth rate and the fresh/dry ratio of the laver varied in different seasons, and the water temp- erature of the sea water would play a major role on these variations. The follo- wing conclusions and suggestions were obtained from our obseryations. 1. The growth rate of the Porphyra cultivated was somewhat higher before December, and decreased from January to March, the lowest rate was found in Fe- bruary. Such a variation in growth rate found in North Zhejiang were more or less similar to that cultivated in north China, as well as the Jorphyra yezoensis cultivated in Japan. 2. The growth rate of cultivated Porphyra was closely related to the water temperature of the surrounding sea water. It seems that the long term low-temp- erature would be the chief cause of the low productivity during the winter and spring season in nor th Zhejiang. 3. Selection of a native Porphyra as cultivating species, two crops of culti- vations carrying out in the year, and lowering the deepness of the culture laver in the sea water during the spring season would be the effective measures to overcome the low productivity of the laver cultivation in north Zhejiang. 4. The ratio of fresh/dry weight of Porphyra decreased as the season progr- essed, and it would also be influenced by the increased thickness of the laver body. It is thus reasonable to fix the price of the laver seperately according to the dif- ferent harvesting season as well as the quality of that from different crops in the year.更多还原
