【Abstract】 It was reported that three kinds of Chinese medicinal herbs,as Hi- biscus Corticis Sytriaci,Coptis Chinensis Franch,Gentiana Scobra Bge, all had an effect on depressing the fungus in ultramicroscopic structure. Among these Hibiscus Corticis was the most effective.Under the same condition of concentration and dosage,the damage to the cell was concerned in the time of the drug effect.The cell on which the drugs had taken an effect for two hours appeared patch-like electronic- thin area at the side of the nucleus. The cellular wall and membrane were complete,and the electronic density in the nucleus appeared as usual.After 3-7 days of exposure,the cellchanged its quality completely,organelle disappeared,it was taken by electronic thin area.The cellular membrane contracted and invagina- ed into cytoplasm.The changes of fungus cell were probably due to the dr- ug effect mainly on the sensitive cellular membrane by altering its sele- ctivity and permeability.Drugs diffused onto the cell membrane,and com- bined with nucleus or part of phosphatide of the membrane,thus caused the disappearance of the organelle.更多还原
