【Abstract】 The use of the method of electro-recording the PEU(Pain-Excitation unit)and PIU(Pain-Inhibition unit)discharges at the same time on 64 rats disclosed the following results: 1.PEU and PIU were irregularly.distributed in Pf. 2.When noxious stimuli were applied,the discharges of two PEU increased simultaneously,the discharges of two PIU descreased simulta- neously. 3.Both PEU and PIU existed in a nucl.Pf,and the discharges of PEU increased while the discharges of PIU descreased,the electro-activities of both were in harmony. It was speculated that in the face of noxious Stimulation there were more PEU,PIU and their nervous nets in the both sides of Pf in thala- mus coming into play and modulating the sense of pain.更多还原
