纸上反相分配色谱中铀的协同萃取效应

【摘要】 <正> 溶剂萃取中采用混合萃取剂所产生的协同效应,已获得了广泛的研究。特别是以螯合萃取剂与中性萃取剂组成的协同萃取体系,更引起人们的重视。 Cvjeticanin 将纸上反相分配色谱用于协萃效应的研究。选用螯合萃取剂噻吩甲酰三氟丙酮(TTA)与中性磷类萃取剂磷酸三丁酯(TBP)、三辛基氧化膦(TOPO)或磷酸三辛酯(TOP)组成的混合萃取剂作固定相,研究了对铀、钍和稀土元素的协萃效应,并探讨了有关的协萃机理。本文以8-羟基喹啉(HOx)或中性磷类萃取剂TBP、甲基膦酯二异戊酯(DAMP)、丁基膦酸二丁酯(DBBP)以及由它们所组成的两组分混合萃取剂作固

【Abstract】 The chromatograghic behaviours of UO22+ and various metallic ions have been investigated on paper impregnated with 8-hydroxyquinoline (HOx)or tributylphosphate (TBP) respectively, and with a mixture of both extractants, eluted with NaOAc-HCl buffer solution at pH 1.15~4.36. A synergistic effect was apparent in the behaviour of UO22+ with TBP-HOx system, and the expected agreement with the corresponding solvent extraction data was obtained. In addition, the synergistic effect for uranium was also apparent using the mixture of HOx and diisoamyl methylphosphonate (DAMP) or di-n-butyl butylphosphonate (DSSP) as the stationary phase in the reversed-phase paper partition chromatography. However, there were no synergistic effects for other metallic ions with TBP-HOx system under the same experimental conditions. Thus, the separation factors of uranyl ion and some rare earth ions were improved using TBP-HOx synergistic system with the paper chromatographic method.
