【摘要】 <正> 我们曾用甾体化合物为样品,研究了含氟酰胺键合相高效液体色谱填料的性能.利用高效液体色谱进行胆酸的分离,文献已有一些报道,由于这类化合物含有羧基及羟基,具有较强的极性,在正相色谱条件下吸附很强,保留时间也过长,峰形拖尾,一般均用反相或离子交换色谱或将样品转化为酯再用吸附色谱进行分离.Stellaard曾将胆酸

【Abstract】 F-NYWG(perfluorooctyl-amidopropyl-monoethyloxy bonded silica) has been used as a column packing for HPLC separation of cholanic acids and esters in the normal phase mode. A direct determination of the cholanic acids was carried out by using a flame ionization detector, or alternatively the acids were transformed to their p-bromophenacyl esters and followed by determination with UV detector.In the latter method seven cholanic esters in which five are dihydroxy derivatives namely deoxy cholic acid(5), chenodeoxycholic acid(6), ursodeoxy cholic acid(7), 3β, 6β-dihydroxy-5α-cholanic acid(8) and hyodeoxycholic acid(9) can be fully separated. It takes only 11 minutes for the separation.
