垂盆草化学成分的研究 Ⅳ.垂盆草甙及异垂盆草甙的结构

【摘要】 从景天科植物垂盆草中分得一新的氰甙类化合物垂盆草甙,临床试验证明为垂盆草中降低血清谷丙转氨酶的有效成份.垂盆草甙遇稀碱即能定量地转变成异垂盆草甙,临床试验无生理活性.两者结构经光谱测定及化学降解证明分别为1及4.
【Abstract】 A new cyanogenic glycoside, sarmentosin, has been isolated from the whole herb of Sedum sarmentosum Bunge which belongs to the family Crassulaceae. This compound showed significant effect in lowering the serum glutamic-pyruvic transaminase level of the patients with chronic virus hepatitis. Dilute aqueous alkaline treatment of sarmentosin results in a quantitatively isomerization to give iso-sarmentosin, which is ineffective in clinical trials. By means of spectral analysis and chemical degradation, the structures of sarmentosin and iso-sarmentosin are shown to be 1 and 4, respectively.
