对用液晶固定液和常规固定液分离硝基氯苯异构体的比较

【Abstract】 A detailed study of separation of the positional isomers of chloro-nitro-benzene by gas chromatography is described using columns packed with p-phenylene-di-n-alkoxybenzoate and ordinary liquid phases on Celite at 130℃. Relative retention values of the isomers on each stationary phase were determined. It was found that no liquid crystal could effectively separate these isomers. However. they can be completely separated on a 1.5m×0.35cm column packed with 5% PEG 20M on Celite, and relative retention values of o-isomer/p-isomer and p-isomer/m-isomer are. 1.31 and 1.20 respectively. A procedure for the quantitative determination of the m-isomer was developed.
