锆-铬天青S-十二烷基二聚氧乙烯基氨基乙酸体系显色反应的研究

【摘要】 <正> 文献报导鹤见近夫利用噻唑偶氮类染料(TAM),在阳离子表面活性剂(Zeph)存在下,测锆的摩尔吸光系数可达1.05×105。本文应用三苯甲烷类染料——铬天青S(CAS),在两性表面活性剂DDPAA(十二烷基二聚氧乙烯基氨基乙酸)或DDMAA(十二烷基二甲基氨基乙酸)存在下,测锆的灵敏度可分别达εDDPAA=1.09×105,
【Abstract】 The amphoteric surface active agent, DDPAA (or DDMAA), has stronger sensitization effect on colour reaction between Zr and CAS. At pH 5.5 a blue complex is formed (εDDPAA= 1.09·105(580 nm),εDDMAA=1.31·105 (610 nm)). Beer’s law is obeyed in Zr concentration range of 0~20μg/25ml. The formation conditions of the ternary complex and the sensitization mechanism of amphoteric active agents have been studied. The presence of surface active agents changes the reaction states of CAS and further affects the photometric behaviour between metal ions and ligands. This paper offered some results of fundamental studies for the corresponding complex system.
