利用混合固定液分离三硝基甲苯的六个异构体
Gas chromatographic analysis of six isomers of trinitrotoluene by mixed stationary phase
【摘要】 <正> 三硝基甲苯有六个位置异构体,用气相色谱法分离测定这六个异构体到目前为止还是较好的方法。在文献中有少数报导论及这一问题,但至今还没有见到用一根色谱柱可以把六种异构体清清楚楚分离开来的报导。Gehring等人在1967年的报告中采用DC-LSX-0295(三氟丙基甲基聚硅氧烷)作固定液分离三硝基甲苯(以下简称TNT)的六种异构体,但是2,4,6-TNT和2,3,6-TNT分离不开。在其它一些研究者的报告中使用了E301或UC-W-98(二甲基聚硅氧烷),也同样有几种异构体分离不开或分离不好。
【Abstract】 The resolving power of six liquid stationary phases (Apiezon-L DC-550, OV-25, OV-210, OV-101 and versamide-930) for six isomers of trinitrotoluene was investigated. It was found that there was no single liquid phase which could completely separate these isomers from one another. However, on a 1.5m×0.15cm column packed with 75% OV-25 and 25% OV-210 on chromosorb W NAW these isomers could be separated. On this column at 170℃ the relative retention of each pair of adjacent peaks of isomers is equal to or larger than 1.20.
