【摘要】 本文报告睾丸肿瘤114例,其中67例(58%)就诊时已转移。隐睾发生肿瘤者占27.2%。46例精原细胞瘤行根治性睾丸切除术加睾丸淋巴引流区域放射治疗,5年存活率80%,10年存活率54%。对晚期远处转移者原发病灶切除后加睾丸淋巴引流区域或转移病灶放射治疗能得到满意疗效。37例非精原细胞瘤睾丸切除加放射治疗5年存活率30%。更多还原

【Abstract】 114 cases of testicular tumors collected from 1950～1979 are reported.Amongthem there were 67 cases(58%) had metastasis when initially examined;27.2%were found with cryptorchidism.46 cases of testicular seminoma were treated by radical orchiectomy andpostoperative irradiation and followed up.The 5 and 10 years.survival rate were 80%and 54% respectively.In those late cases with distant metastasis,the results alsosatisfactory.The 5 years survival rate of the 37 non-seminoma cases treated by radicalorchiectomy and postoperative irradiation was 30%.更多还原
