促肾上腺皮质激素对小鼠骨髓粒系定向干细胞的抑制效应

【摘要】 本文报道了 ACTH 对小鼠腹腔琼脂扩散盒内拉系或单核—巨噬细胞团(CFU-C)生长的影响。无论是受体小鼠注射 ACTH(1单位/日,共五日),受体小鼠切除肾上腺后注射 ACTH(剂量同前)或培养体系内加入 ACTH(0.08~0.16单位/扩散盒)其细胞团产率都明显低于对照组,表明 ACTH 对小鼠骨髓 CFU-C 有直接抑制作用。

【Abstract】 The effect of ACTH on cells forming granulocytic and/or macrophage colonies(CFU-C)in agar diffusion chamber(ADC)in peritoneal cavity of recipient mice wasstudied with ADC technique.Daily administration of 5 successive doses of 1 u ACTHintramuscularly reduced the number of colonies(control:35.58±2.42,treated:28.19±1.82 P<0.02).The number of colonies was still lower than the control groupwhen the same doses of ACTH were injected intramuscularly into the recipient miceof which the adrenal glands had been removed 7 days ago.If ACTH were added tothe culture medium,the similar phenomenon was also observed.The higher doses ofACTH given,the less were the number of colonies.The experiment mentioned above showed that ACTH has inhibiting effect on CFU-C in ADC in peritoneal cavity of mice and this effect is independent of the presenceof adrenal glands.
