【摘要】 本文报道了4例主动脉窦瘤破入右心室手术前后的“M”型超声心动图表现,手术前的共同特点为主动脉根部前壁与室间隔的连续性中断,右冠状动脉瓣在收缩期开放时向右室流出道或右心室突出,以及右冠状动脉瓣与室间隔回声交替出现等。手术后这些异常消失。更多还原

【Abstract】 The echocardiographic manifestations of ruptured aneurysm of right sinus ofvalsalva into the right ventricle were described in four patients.The diagnosis ofthese patients was confirmed at operation.The echocardiographic changes of thesecases included enlargement of aortic root,discontinuity between the anterior aorticwall and the interventricular septum,herniation of the right coronary cusp into theright ventricular outflow tract or into the right ventricle,and alterative appearance ofthe right coronary cusp and the interventricular septum in the echo etc.The echo-cardiographic features after operation were normal.The diagnosis and differential diag-nosis of echocardiography for ruptured valsalva aneurysm were discussed.更多还原
