【Abstract】 Bacterial endophthalmitis is one of the most devastating complications of intrao-cular surgery,requiring early diagnosis and prompt treatment.A series of 4095 casesof iridectomy,cataract and glaucoma operations were performed over a 30 year per-iod at our hospital,among which 5 postoperative infections occurred following int-raocular surgery(an incidence of 0.12%).These patients received active treatment.The results were:in the frist case,the eye was enucleated,in the third case,the eyewas eviscerated,and in the other three cases the visual acuity was recovered as wellas preoperation.更多还原
