【摘要】 本文介绍了将实验比较的两个扩散盒置入同一受体小鼠腹腔内测定小鼠骨髓粒系定向干细胞的方法。本方法和通常采用的在一只受体小鼠腹腔内置入一个扩散盒的方法相比,可节省一半动物,能更准确地测定实验比较的两组扩散盒中的粒系定向干细胞的相对数量,而并不对受体小鼠造成更严重的创伤。更多还原

【Abstract】 A method for assaying granulopoietic stem cells(CFU-C)in mouse bone marrowby planting two agar diffusion chambers(ADC)into unilateral peritoneal cavity ofeach recipient mouse was reported.A series of experiments demonstrated that thecoloning efficiency of CFU-C of the two ADC in the same peritoneal cavity wasalmost the same.The method reported here was shown to be more reliable and accur-ate in assaying the relative number of CFU-C of different groups than that usuallyused,in which only one ADC is planted into the peritoneal cavity of each recipientmouse.Besides,this method needs fewer experimental animals than those usually used.And no other serious damage to the recipient mouse was observed.更多还原
