氚标记硝基腐植酸(NHA)及其进入植物体的研究(Ⅰ)

【摘要】 采用循环放电曝射法进行硝基腐植酸的氚标记,氚气循环使用,安全可靠;耗时少,收率高。标记后的~8H-NHA 的结构未发生变化。标记在 NHA 主体上的氚占总标记量的93%左右。通过不同植物的吸收试验证明,NHA 可通过根或茎的切面进入植物体,地下部吸收 NHA 的量大于地上部,分子量较小的黄腐酸比棕黑腐植酸易于进入植物体,经叶面涂抹 NHA 似乎不被植物吸收。

【Abstract】 Preparation of tritium labelled NHA by circular electric discharge-exposure was studied.In this process the tritium gas is purified and used again in circulation.The advantage of this method lies in its safety,time-saving and high yield.The specific activity of the product is higher than that obtained by other methods without tritium gas circulation.The structure and the property of ~3H-NHA do not change after being labelled.The tritium atom incorporated on the stable position of NHA amounts to 03% of the total quantity labelled. Labelled NHA can be absorbed by plants through the cross section of root or stem.The amount of NHA absorbed by the underground parts of the plant is greater than that absorbed by the part above the ground.FA with lighter molecular weight is easier to enter the plants than HYA.NHA coated on the leave seems unlikely to be absorb by the leave.
