辐射改造杂交稻恢复系研究初报

【摘要】 本文报道杂交稻恢复系辐射育种的研究。对泰引一号不同发育期的辐射敏感性,钴-60γ射线辐照的突变频率,早熟突变体某些性状的遗传和分离进行了研究;还初步调查了早熟品系的恢复力。结果表明:辐射是杂交稻恢复系育种的一个有效途径。

【Abstract】 This paper presents the results of radiation-breeding of restorer lines in hybrid rice.The radiosensitivity of "Taiyin No.I" at various stages of development,the mutation frequency resulted from 60Co γ-ray irradiation,and the inheritance and segregation of some characters of the early mutants have been studied.The restoring ability of early strains has also received preliminary study The experimental results indicat that γ-ray irradiation is an effective way for improving restorer lines in hybrid rice.
