【摘要】 本文报道在花药培养中,应用钴-60γ射线辐照水稻花药、愈伤组织、绿芽和花粉幼苗的效果。结果证明一定照射量能够提高愈伤组织的诱导频率和绿苗分化频率。辐射愈伤组织和绿芽能够提高其分化能力。愈伤组织对钴-60γ射线的耐辐射性较强。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper is a report of the effect of gamma radiation on pollen,pollen callus,and the green plantlets arising from anther culture of rice. It was found that a certain radiation dosage can increase the frequency of inducement of callus and promote the differentiation of the callus and the plantlets.Callus is more tolerant toward gamma radiation.更多还原
