【摘要】 <正> 兽医临床上应用高渗氯化钠溶液治疗家畜疾病已有数十年的历史了。在四十年代末,苏联有人首先在兽医临床上应用5%氯化钙和5%氯化钠溶液静脉注射治疗反刍动物前胃弛绥和马属动物胃肠弛缓,并有良好疗效。(1949—1951)、(1955)、(1956)、(1963)等先后报道用高渗氯化钠溶液静注治疗牛原发性和继发性前胃弛缓有良好效果。蒋次升等(1954)报道用高渗氯化钠溶液静脉注射治疗马骡急性胃扩张有一定疗效。(1957)在他的著作中也记述了静脉注射10～20%高渗氯化钠溶液治疗马疝痛和反刍动物前胃弛缓的效果。我国的一些兽医专著如《兽医药理学》、《兽医药品规范》、《家畜内科学》等亦肯定了高渗氯化钠溶液静脉注射对反刍动物和马属动物胃肠弛缓的治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this experiment 10% solution of sodium chloride had been injected into veins of 9 cattles and 9 rabbites. The dosages of 0.1 g/kg were for cattles, and 0.2 g/kg for rabbites. The microphotometry was used to determine the activity of cholinesterase in the blood, before and after injection at 1, 3, 6, 10 hours in cattles. The wintrobes method was used to determine the the P.C.V and also the numbers of red and white cells were counted. However, the mercury pressure-mater was used to determine the changes of arterial pressure in rabbits.The results of the experiments proved that hypertonic solution of sodium chloride has the effect on promoting the movement of the rumen in rumuminants.The mechanism may be due to inhibitory action on the activity of cholinesterase, on the other hand, it is also due to the elevation of osmofical pressure of blood, increasing of blood capacity, and strenthening the functions of the cardiac and blood-forming argans, increasing the metabolism of material and energy, improving the nutritional conditions of whole body of animals更多还原
