木麻黄对青枯病的抗性及其与细胞膜透性和过氧化物酶同工酶关系的探讨

【摘要】 病区残存10年生以上的木麻黄(Casuarina equisetifolia Lin)不同无性系的幼苗经青枯假单胞菌(Pseudomonas solanacearum E.F.Smith)菌系SC—2人工接种后,发病症状可以划分为青枯、半枯、黄萎、枝枯四个类型;其对青枯病的抗性有差异,发病率较低的单株有3、11、15、19,和粗4,发病率较高的单株有1和2。用电导率方法测定各无性系幼苗的相对透性和用聚丙烯酰胺园盘凝胶电泳测定过氧化物酶同工酶的结果表明,细胞膜的相对透性和过氧化物酶同工酶的第4条谱带的比移值与植株感病率有一定的关系;过氧化物酶同工酶的谱带数和过氧化物酶的活性与感病率的关系不大。各无性系的过氧化物酶与相对透性之间也有一定的相关关系。

【Abstract】 The susceptibity of 12 clones of Casuarina equisetifolia taken from the diseased plantation on the coastal wind-break belts in South China was studied under controlled conditions after inoculation by Pseudomons solanace-rum. Various symptoms of the disease and different degrees of susceptibility were observed among these clones and some clones with lower percentage of infection Have preliminarily been obtained. There was a relationship in u significant degree between the susceptibility of the clones and the relative permeability of the cell membrane and also the Rf valve of the fourth band of the peroxidase isoenzyme.
