【Abstract】 In this paper the mechanism of chip breaking is discussed on the basis of the cuttig features of the rotatable sintered carbide blades for heavy- duty turning tools; a mathematical model of chip breaking has been founded and conditions of chip breaking have been obtained. Besides, rationality of recommended groove shapes on the blades and posibility of the extensive application are proved.更多还原
