静电场下α-LiIO3单晶的正电子湮灭寿命谱的研究
The study of positron annihilation lifetime spectra in α-LiIO3 single crystal under an electrostatic field
【摘要】 <正> 在静电场下,α-LiIO3单晶一系列异常的物理特性引起科学工作者很大的兴趣。根据质谱分析,该单晶含有多种阳离子杂质。由顺磁共振研究证明:在α-LilO3单晶中,Fe+2能取代格位Li+。从离子半径和α-LiIO5结构判断,一些高价阳离子杂质也可能取代格位Li+。因而就必然伴生大量的空位。本文用正电子湮灭寿命潜,研究在静电场下α-LiIO3单晶中,正电子湮灭机制及阳离子空位浓度的变化。
【Abstract】 The annihilation mechanism and the change of vacancy concentration in α-LiIO3 single crystal under the action of an electrostatic field were investigated by positron annihilation lifetime spectra. The positron annihilation mechanism in α-LiIO3 was interpreted in terms of a trapping model in which the escape rate can not be neglected. A complicate relation between the average lifetime and the field strength was observed.
