用正电子湮灭技术研究位错浓度随退火时间的变化
Determining the change of dislocation concentration by means of PAT in plastic deformed iron
【摘要】 <正> 范性形变时,金属中不仅产生空位,同时也产生位错及其它缺陷。在退火过程中,这些缺陷逐渐消失。这个过程也就是形变样品恢复与再结晶的过程,是研究金属的一个重要课题。
【Abstract】 The change of dislocation concentration in 60% plastically deformed iron has been studied by positron annihilation technique. The experimental results show that the trapping rate of positron in defect may be expressed as the function of isothermal annealing time; vacancy and dislocation are the main defects trapping positron. The change of dislocation concentration can be written as follows:Cd(t) = Cd(0)e-(t/τ)n
