球衣细菌在生物膜上的生长特性

【摘要】 球衣细菌的纯培养和含该菌的混合菌群的生长特点有明显差异.本研究着重考察营养浓度对于混合菌群中球衣细菌的优势生长的影响.研究结果表明,球衣细菌的纯培养,可以在营养丰富的有机培养基上良好生长,然而球衣细菌在混合培养中,却适合在化学耗氧量(CODMN)为30~60毫克/升的范围内优势生长,低于这一浓度范围,生长微弱,超过这一范围在群体中的生长竞争能力较差. 本试验结果是用生物转盘模型,纯培养接种和活性污泥接种,并以染色废水为基本培养基取得的.

【Abstract】 Sphaerotilus growth of pure culture is obviously different in characteristics from that of mixed culture which contains Sphaerotilus natans. The influence of nutrient concentration on dominant growth of Sphaerotilus in mixed bacteria is studied in this article. It is clearly demonstrated that the pure culture of Sphaerotilus natans grows well in rich organic media, while Sphaerotilus natans in mixed culture dominantly grows within 30~60mg/l CODMN.The growth is weak below this range of concentration, and the capacity of competition of growth in the mixed culture is also poor over this range of concentration. The result of this test was obtained from the model of rotating disk, inoculated with pure culture and activated sludge, and with dye waste water as basic media.
