光学法测定硫磺悬浮液中的硫磺微粒
An Optical Measurement of Sulphur Particles in Sulphur Emulsion
【摘要】 本文介绍了硫磺悬浮液的制备方法。讨论了以激光作为光源的光学测试系统以及利用光的全散射方法对悬浮液中细微颗粒进行测量的原理和方法。悬浮液中硫磺颗粒的大小可根据化学反应的时间加以控制,由此即可得到具有不同大小的硫磺颗粒,用以对一正在设计中的光学探针的光学系统进行校验。在给出的一组试验中,当悬浮液制备70分钟后,硫磺颗粒的直径经测定为0.54μm;415分钟后,其直径已长大为0.520μm。
【Abstract】 This paper deals with the preparation of a sulphur emulsion and the determination of its fine sulphur particles. An optical method, based upon the total scattering principle, using a laser light, is described here. The diameter of sulphur particles can he controlled in accordance with the reaction intervals. Thus, a sulphur emulsion with different particle sizes can be obtained and used to check the optical system of an optical probe which will be manufactured later. For example, 70 rain. after the preparation of the emulsion the sulphur particles have a diameter of 0.154μm, and after 415 min. their diameters grow up to 0.520μm.
