钨青铜型结构铁电体(K1-xNax)0.4(Sr1-yBay)0.8Nb2O6系列的单晶生长及铁电畴观察

【摘要】 本文介绍了新的四角钨青铜型结构铁电体(K1-xNax)0.4(Sr1-yBay)0.8Nb2O6 系列单晶由 Czo-chralski 技术生长的条件,指出控制适当的转速和拉速可以得到无条纹的单晶;为了获得大的晶体,固-液界面处必须有足够的温度梯度。实验发现了极化后的样品铁电滞后回线的蜕化现象。用化学腐蚀方法成功地观察到退极化单晶具有方柱状的畴结构。

【Abstract】 The typical conditions of Czochralski growth of a new ferroelectric single crystal seriesof (K1-xNax)0.4 (Sr1-y-Bay)0.8Nb2O6 with tungsten bronze type structure were described.A non-striated single crystal was obtained by proper control of crystal-rotation rate and pullingrate. For growth of large crystal, an ample temperature gradient at the solid-liquidinterface has to be maintained.It was discovered that there occured a recession of the ferro-electric hysteresis loop in a polarized sample. The ferroalectric domain structure of adispoled single crystal with square columns has been successfully observed by SEM techni-que after chemical etching.
