诱导成核生长LiNdP4O12晶体
GROWTH OF LiNdP4O12 CRYSTALS BY INDUCTIVE NUCLEATION METHOD
【摘要】 本实验改进了助熔剂缓冷法生长LiNdP4O12晶体工艺。采用加铂丝诱导成核和合适的温控程序,可以大大减少结晶成核个数,从而增大了单晶尺寸,提高了光学质量晶体的产率。获得的光学质量片状单晶,一般尺寸为8×6×3mm,最大达到12×10×2mm。
【Abstract】 This paper describes a modified technique of growing single crystals by the flux me-thod. By inductive nucleation on platinum wire and a proper temperature-controlling pro-gram, the number of crystal nuclei can be reduced thus increasing the size and yield of theoptical quality crystals. The single crystals obtained have a typical size of about 8×6×3mm, the maximum size being 12×10×2mm.
