α-LiIO3晶体包裹体形成机制研究
A STUDY ON INCLUSION FORMATION MECHANISM IN α--LiIO3 CRYSTALS
【摘要】 本文通过氩离子激光束扫描下晶体内包裹体的超显微法观测,总结了α-LiIO3晶体中包裹体的空间分布,发现了α-LiIO3晶体中包裹体形成的晶体尺寸效应和溶液流体效应,并确认流体效应在包裹体形成过程中起重要作用。所得实验结果,已在α-LiIO3晶体生长中得到应用和验证,并为进一步在理论上研究α-LiIO3晶体包裹体的起因提供了实验依据。
【Abstract】 This article summarizes the spacial distribution of inclusions in α-LiIO3 crystals byultra-microscopy using Ar-laser beam to scan the crystals. The effects of crystal dimensionand solution fluid flow on the inclusion formation in α-LiIO3 crystals have been dis-covered.It is shown that the fluid flow effect plays very important role in the formationprocess of inclusion.The results obtained have been applied and verified by growingα-LiIO3 crystals, and may provide an experimental basis for further theoretical studieson the causes of inclusion.
