钢包喷粉脱硫工艺试验

【摘要】 介绍了15t钢包喷粉处理站的喷吹生产工艺以及脱硫工艺试验,试验指出了脱硫效果与喷吹参数之间关系的规律.钢包喷粉处理后,平均脱硫率可达Δs=70%,最低含硫量<O.005%,降低了钢中夹杂总量,纯洁了钢水,提高了钢的机械性能,改变了钢中夹杂形态,改善了钢的各向异性.

【Abstract】 The injection technology of 15Ton-ladle powder injection station and an experiment for desulphurization are described, the relationship between effectiveness of desulphurization and injection parameters is investigated, after treatment an average effect of desulphurization ΔS 70%, the lowest sulphur content S_f<0.005% are reached. Mechanical properties and anisotropy of steel are improved because of reduction and modification of nonmetallic inclusions.
