白云石质材料在含钒钛转炉渣中的损毁机理

【摘要】 使用旋转圆柱法研究了烧成白云石在含钒钛转炉渣中的损毁速度,并结合岩相和能谱分析检验,指出炉衬损毁的两种机理:在1400℃下CaO未饱和的初渣中为表层渣化溶解,在1600℃下CaO饱和的终渣中为渗透解体.攀钢半钢终渣含有较高的FenO和Al2O3,并具有极低粘度,这种渣向炉衬内渗透,造成耐火材料从内部熔融和解体是攀钢炉衬寿命低的主要原因,文中还提出了解决办法.

【Abstract】 The destructive rate of dolomite in a converter slag that contains vanadate and titanate is studied by dint of the rotating cylinder method. With the aid of lithofacies inspection and scanning electric microscopy (SEM), it is found that the destructive mechanism of the dolomite lining is of two kinds: at 1400℃, destruction of dolomite refractory is due to the surface dissolution in the initial slag; at 1600℃, it is due to osmosis and disintegration in the final slag. At the Panzihua Plant, the final slag from refining the semi-steel containing a high percentage of Fen O and Al2O3 with very low viscosity penetrates rapidly into the refractory and makes the lining disintegrate. This is the basic reason for the short lining life there. A way of improvement is proposed.
