营口中板厂加热炉改造节能经验的分析

【摘要】 论述了营口中板厂加热炉结构改造和操作改进的基本内容和效果.以实际生产数据为依据,确定了炉子改造前后的热工特性,分析了炉子改造对单位油耗的影响.用炉子热工基本理论解释了炉子结构和操作改进后取得成效的原因.指出炉子结构与操作二者之间相互适应的重要性;"无闲区"炉头是解决端出料推钢式加热炉炉头吸风的有效方法之一,它对节能和改善加热质量具有明显效果.

【Abstract】 The principal aspects and effects of reconstruction and operation improvement of the reheating furnace at Yingkou Plate Mill are discussed. According to the production data, the furnace performances before and after furnace reconstruction are determined, and its influence on specific oil consumption is also analyzed. Explanation of the reasons of success by reconstruction and operation improvement is given by using the fundamental theory of reheating furnace. The importance of mutual adaptation between structure of furnace and its operation has been stated. The port "without idle space" is one of the measures for solving the problem of air suction from the discharging end of pusher furnace; it gives out-standing effect on energy saving and improvement of product quality.
