【摘要】 1980年末我们用单辊熔喷速凝法成功地喷制出宽度达200mm 的 Fe40Ni40P12B8 非晶磁性薄带.本文介绍在喷制非晶宽带时产生的各种工艺性缺陷的分类和特征,在大量实验的基础上,分析了缺陷产生的原因及各主要工艺因素的影响,并提出相应消除缺陷的方法.实验证明,正确的判别缺陷和分析产生的原因,对生产优质的非晶宽带是十分重要的.更多还原

【Abstract】 Amorphous magnetic ribbons (Fe40Ni40P12B8) with 200mm width have been made by means of melt spinning in the end of 1980. In this paper, the classification and characters of various technological defects are introduced. Based upon numerous experiments, the reasons inducing the defects and the influences of technological conditions on them are analysed. The methods of eliminating defects are suggested. It is proved practically that the right judgement and analysis of defects are important for producing excellent broad amorphous ribbons.更多还原
