不同稀土添加剂的铁铬铝合金高温氧化动力学研究

【摘要】 在固定稀土残留量的条件下,研究了不同稀土添加剂对铁铬铝合金高温氧化动力学的影响.在1250~1350°C计算了表观活化能,讨论了氧化反应机理.对氧化膜结构进行了金相、岩相、X-射线、电子和离子探针,以及扫描电镜观察.讨论了添加稀土的铁铬铝合金抗氧化机理.

【Abstract】 Under the condition that the residual content of rare-earth is fixed, the kinetic effects of different rare-earth additives on the oxidation resistance of Fe-Cr-Al alloys at high temperature have been studied. The apparent energy of activation in the range of 1250-1350℃ is calculated. And the mechanism of oxidation is discussed preliminarily.The structure and composition of the oxide films were examined by metallograph, petrograph, X-ray, EPMA, IMP and SEM. The mechanism of the oxidation resistance of Fe-Cr-Al alloys with different rare-earth additives is discussed.
