S7520型螺纹磨床热变形的试验研究

【摘要】 螺纹磨床广泛用于工具生产中较高精度的螺纹的加工。机床的热变形是导致加工误差的因素,因此在设计这种精密机床时有必要测定机床各零部件热变形的大小和方向、机床达热平衡所需要的时间以及机床温度场的情况,以了解各热源的影响。为了分别了解各热源对热变形大小的影响,应依次对各热源作单独试验。 本文在S7620型螺纹磨床的床身、砂轮架、工作台运动曲线、工件头架、传动链精度、磨削试验等项热变形试验的基础上,提出了导致加工误差的主要因素和减少发热对加工精度的影响的一些措施。

【Abstract】 Thread grinding machines have found extensive application in tool produ-c tion for grin ling threads of high accuracy. As is well-known,the cause of ma- chining errors lies in the heat generation during manufacture and the resulting thermal deformation of the component parts of the machine. Consequently, in designing these precision machine tools,in order to reveal the heat sources,it is necessary to determine the magnitude and direction of the thermal deforma tion of their principal component parts and units, the time required for rea- ching thermal equilibrium in heating,and the pattern of the temperature field. To determine the respective influence of various heat sources on the magnitude of thermal deformation, experiments are repeatedly and separately conducted with different heat insulation of these sources. Based on the analyses of the temperature and thermal deformation of the base, the wheel-head, and the work-head of the grinding machine model S7520 and of the results of checking the path curve of table movement and the acc uracy of its kinematic chains, and of the grinding test of the machine, the principal factors influencing errors are obtained and at last the measures of reducing the effect of heating on the machining accuracy are proposed.
