钇-3,5-Br2-PADAP-CPC三元络合物的研究

【摘要】 在PH8.0—8.5之间,钇能与3,5—Br2-PADAP及氯代十六烷基吡啶(CPC)反应,生成一 种紫色三元络合物.其组成为钇:3,5—Br2-PADAP:CPC=1:3:3。吸收峰位于584mm,摩 尔吸光系数ε584=1.29X105.在0-5ug/10ml范围内符合比尔定律。在硫酸钠存在下,10倍镧, 同量铈不影响钇的测定.在酒石酸钾钠存在下,6倍钪不影响钇的测定.

【Abstract】 Yttrium is found to be able to react with 3,5 - Br2 - PADAP and cetyl pyridi - nium chloride (CPC ), forming a violet ternary comlex Y - 3,5 - Br2 - PADAP - CPC between pH8.0 - 8.5. The molor ratio of the three components in the complex is estimated to be Y: 3,5-Br2 - PADAP: CPC = 1: 3: 3. The wavelenth of max - imum absorbance for the complex is 584nm. The molor absorptivity is 1.29 x 105 at 584nm. The calibration curve well follows Beer’s law in the range from 0-5ug of Y in l0ml solution. In the presence of Na2so4, tenfold La and equal amount of Ce affect in no way the determination of Y, and in the presence of tartrate, fivefold Sc doesn’t affect the determination of Y at all.
