【Abstract】 Some imorovements have been made in the analysis of acetylated aldononi-triles by gas chromatography. The time for preparing derivatives of the aldo-nonitrile was reduced and the accuracy of quantitative determination for the rapi-dly prepared derivatives could be ensured by the use of pre-acetylated inositol as internal standard. The method of determination for wet sample was discussed, comfirming that the wet sample may also be used as well. The optimum con-dition for gas chromatographic analysis of acetylated aldononitriles of arabi-nose, xylose, mannose, glucose and galactose was studied.更多还原
