沥青及其固化产品的辐照效应

【摘要】 本文研究了沥青及沥青固化产品的辐照稳定性。实验主要采用国产60#沥青固化含50wt%NaNO3的模拟中水平放射性废液,所得的固化产品用60Co 源进行外辐照。实验结果表明,当总吸收剂量为1×108拉德时,物化性能改变不大,但有气孔,体积膨胀及辐解气体产生,Na+的浸出率为~10-4克/厘米2·天,辐解 H2量为0.305升/公斤固化物。当总吸收剂量为1×109拉德时,产品的物化性能有很大变化,Na+的浸出率为5×10-3克/厘米2·天,比未辐照时约增加50倍,辐解H2量为3.69升/公斤固化物。根据计算,总吸收剂量为1×108拉德时相当于1居里/升的沥青固化产品贮存1000年的总吸收剂量。因此,我们认为用沥青固化处理1居里/升的老裂片废液,从辐照的角度来看是可行的。

【Abstract】 The irradiation stability of bitumen and bituminized producthas been investigated.External irradiation tests with domistic bitumen andits product incorporating simulated medium-level waste solution and contai-ning 50 wt.%NaNO3 were performed by a 60Co source.The results showed thatthe total absorbed dose of irradiation being 108 rad,the changes in proper-ties of bitumen and bituminized product were rather small,but the porosityand volume increase of them and radiolytic gases released from them could beobserved.Hydrogen was the main element in the radiolytic gases,the rateof its production was about 0.305 1/Kg.The leach rate of sodium ion in thebituminized product was 10-4gm cm-2d-1.The absorbed dose of irradiationbeing up to 109rad,the properties of bituminized product were significantlychanged,the leach rate of sodium ion was5×10-3gm cm-2d-1whichwas about 50 times more than that of unirradiated product and the rate ofH2 released was 3.69 1/Kg.According to computing,the total absorbed doseof 108 rad is corresponding to that of bituminized product containing 1Ci aged fission product per liter stored for 1000 years.From the view ofirradiation,incorporating aged fission waste solution with bitumen is feasi-ble.
