【Abstract】 The results of micronucleus scoring in human peripheralblood lymphocytes from 110 normal subjects were reported in this paper.The positive micronucleus frequency,the range of micronucleus frequencyand mean micronucleus frequency were 27.27%,0—1.55‰。and 0.17±0.03‰。respectively.There was no significant difference between both sexes.It wassuggested that in order to accurately score the normal values of micronucleusfrequency,it was necessary to standardize the method of micronucleus sco-ring and the criteria for identifying micronucleus.更多还原
