电子-电子、电子-声子相互作用对贵金属S-电子有效热质量与比热的影响
INFLUENCE OF THE ELECTRON-ELECTRON AND THE ELECTRON-PHONON INTERACTION ON S-ELECTRON EFFECTIVE THERMAL MASS AND SPECIFIC HEAT IN NOBLE METAL
【摘要】 本文引用作者的一篇论文中所导出的二级近似电子-声子相互作用自能表示式,给出了贵金属S-电子有效热质量和比热表示式.由此,计算了贵金属铜、银和金的S-电子有效热质量、比热以及各种相互作用对它贡献的相对比重,并与实验结果作了比较,符合较好.
【Abstract】 An expression for the effective thermal mass and specific heat of the noble metal S-electron are given by using the second order approximate self-energy expression derived by in [1]. Then, an effective thermal mass, specific heat of the noble metal S-electron and relative specific gravity of various iuteraction contributions to it have been calculated for copper, silver and gold.The comparison shows that the calculated values are in agreement with experimental data.
