【摘要】 对C15相(Hf0.5-xTaxZr0.5)V2H,系的超导电性研究表明,该系的Tc~y关系及H影响Tc的机制与Pd-H系不同。热中子非弹性散实验的结果表明,声频支对Tc的变化是重要的.根据Jacob和Miedema的理论,对在小浓度和大浓度时,氢在不同间隙位置的分布作了理论分析,似乎当氢原子主要占据2Zr—2V间隙位置时,Tc升高.对此,本文提出一种可能的解释.

【Abstract】 A study of superconducting of C15 (Hf0.5-x TaxZr0.5)V2Hy system reveals that both the relationship between Tc and y and the mechanism of the effect of hydrogen on Tc in this system are different from those in Pd-H system. The results of thermal neutron inelastic scattering show that acoustic phonons are important for the variation of Tc. An evaluation of the distribution of hydrogen atoms in small and large concentrations in different interstices has been made on the basis of the theory of Jacob and Miedema. It seems that superconducting Tc rises when hydrogen atoms occupy mostly the 2Zr-2V interstices. A possible explanation of this effect has been proposed.
