【Abstract】 In ancient Chinese literature asbestos was called "the incombustible wood" or "the nap of stone" . The cloth woven with asbestos fibres was called "the fire rinsed cloth" or "the fine hair of fire".Tales about asbestos dated back to about 1000B.C.. As early as the 5th century, the Chinese people knew that asbestos occurs as natural mineral veins.In about the 11th century, the close relationship between asbestos and talc had been recorded in Chinese literature.更多还原
