燃油锅炉采用煤油混合燃料(COM)的试验研究

【摘要】 本文介绍如何在锅炉燃油中掺入适量煤粉以节约燃油。通过对燃煤及燃油的特性分析,采用低温贮存、中温输送与高温雾化的方法,解决了煤油混合燃料中煤粉的沉降、阻力的增加及雾化的困难。根据煤油混合燃料固液两相非牛顿流体的特点,采用盘管式加热器以提高加热效果。并总结出蒸汽辅助机械雾化煤油混合燃料喷嘴的设计方法。 通过煤油混合燃料燃烧特性分析,及在容积热负荷为230大卡/米~3·时,出力为15吨/时的燃油锅炉上改烧煤油混合燃料的测试结果,说明当掺入煤粉重量比达40%时,对出力无影响,锅炉效率下降不到5%。

【Abstract】 This paper describes how COM is prepared and utilized in the Experimental Power Plant of Qinghua University for the conservation of fuel oil. On the basis of analysis made on the characteristic properties of Chinese steam coal and fuel oil, methods for low temperature storage, medium temperature transportation and high temperature atomization of COM have been successfully developed, resulting in the respective solution of problems arising from sedimentation of pulverized coal during storage, excessive pressure drop in transportation and difficulties in transportation of COM. In accordance with the specific nature of COM being a solid-liquid two phase non-Newtonian fluid, coil heaters are used to increase the heating effect. A method for the design of steam assisted mechanical atomizers for COM has also been developed.From the test results of experiments made on firing of COM in a 15 t/h oil-fired boiler with a furnace liberation rate of 230 kcal/m3·hr, it can be seen that firing COM of 40% coal by weight, the rated capacity of the boiler can be maintained with case. However, a loss of up to 5% in boiler efficiency is incurred.
