起重机伸缩臂的优化设计
Optimum Design of Telescopic Boom
【摘要】 本文以伸缩臂结构自重最轻为优化目标,以伸缩臂的强度、刚度、腹板的局部稳定性和焊接工艺允许的最小板厚为约束条件,用变分方法导出一组优化计算公式,供设计人员在设计工作开始时确定优化尺寸用。本文中的伸缩臂结构特点是各节臂的截面积沿长度方向连续变化,能充分发挥材料的作用。
【Abstract】 It is the optimum aim in this paper to make the weight of boom structure the lightest. The design constraints are the strength, the stiffness of boom, stability of the webs and the minimum plate thickness allowable for the welding technique. A set of optimization formulas is developed by the methods of variational calculus. These formulas can be used by the designer at the beginning of design to determine the optimum dimensions. The advantage of the boom structure given in this paper is that the cross-section area of each section of the boom is continually varied along the length, therefore the metal material of boom can be in full play.
