双试棒合金凝固收缩力试验机的研制及应用

【摘要】 本文从研究合金因素对产生热裂、冷裂、挠曲、变形和残留应力等铸造缺陷的关 系出发,设计和研制了双试棒合金凝固收缩力试验机。文章着重介绍了试验机的构 造原理,工作状态、自记能力与重现性等;并应用它对铝硅合金、铝铜合金、灰铸 铁、铸铝青铜等的凝固收缩力进行了连续测定和概略分析:同时对加热退火时效和振 动时效消除残留应力进行对比分析:初步探讨了振动频率、振动温度对消除应力的影 响.

【Abstract】 In order to make research on alloy factor in connection with casting deffects causing hot tearing, cold tearing, flexure, defor mation and residual stress, we have designed and developed the tester with twin bar for alloy solidification contraction. In this paper, we put emphasis on representing the tester’s principles of structure, and its working state, registration capacity ; reappearance, etc., The tester has been used to continuously test and summarily analyse the aluminium-silicon alloy, aluminium-copper alloy, qray iron, casting aluminium bronze for their solidification contraction. The elimination of residual stress by heating anneal aging and vibration aging being analysed by comparision, we have preliminarily made research into vibration frequency, vibration temperature by which the elimination of stress is interfered.
