褐煤和油页岩快速热分解研究
Research on Rapid Pyrolysis of Brown Coal and Oil Shale
【摘要】 用几种褐煤的细粒,在辐射炉中(为一种外热式管式炉)作快速热分解获得了收率较高的中热值煤气、焦油和焦渣。煤气中含乙烯,丙烯较多.焦油巾280℃前馏出量为42%左右.焦渣活性高、极易气化、吸附性能强、燃点低、用途广。油页岩的富矿,快速热分解所产生的煤气热值在8000千卡/标米~3以上。含乙烯、丙烯较多,焦油轻馏分多,是炼制液体燃料的较佳原料。辐射炉快速热分解工艺是提高低热值燃料产品价值的有效方法.
【Abstract】 In a radiation furnace, an externally heated tubefurnace, some pulverized brown coals are put into rapid pyrolysis. Considerably high yields of medium- heat-value gas,tar and char residue are obtained. The content of ethylene and propylene in the gaseous product is quite high, and the tar distillation yield, below 280℃ is substantially high, and its gasification rate is very fast. Adsorption ability of this char residue is good. Its ignition point is low, so it was found to have quite wide uses. The rapid pyrolysis of rich oil-shale ore yielded a gaseous product with heat value higher than 8000 kcal/nm~3, rich in ethylene and propylene. Light component in its tar is abundant and is suitable raw material for manufacturing liquid fuel. The rapid pyrolysis process using radiation-heated furnace is an effective method for upgrading the economic value of products from low grade fuel.
