利用激光多普勒测振仪光电测量运动速度

【摘要】 本文以激光多普勒测振仪(简称LDV)为例阐述了基于多普勒效应的振动测试 原理与多普勒频变计算和测试系统的参数选择方法,并从扩大LDV应用范围入手 提出了一股平面运动(包括振动)的测试方案。文中提出的多普勒频变计算和系统参 数的选择方法可以应用于所有基于多普勒效应的测试手段中去。

【Abstract】 This paper explains the working principle of Laser Doppler Vibrometer (LDV), the calculation of Doppler-frequency variation and the Selection of parameters in testing. By extending the range of application of LDV, the author suggests a measuring method for general plane motion (ineluding vibration). The Doppler-frequency variation is calculated on coordinate components. It is simple and convenient. It facilitates analyzing different kinds of testing methods hased on Doppler-effect, and can be applied to the testing and calculation of velocity in planc or three dimensional motion. The suggested calculating formula and the criteria of selection of parame- ters in testing based on the frequency variation of incident and reflecting or dispersing laser beam can be used to improve the sensitivity of measuring of plane motion. Dy means of LDV, Pockel’s chamber and analogy switch, a two dimen- sional motion of a particle or one dimensional motion of two particles can be measured simultaneously.
