锦-涤纶复合丝取向态结构的研究

【摘要】 本工作的目的在于不进行组分分离、不破坏复合丝结构的条件下,逐级测定和研究锦-涤纶皮芯型复合丝的取向态结构及其与工艺过程的关系。首先用声速法测定了复合丝的表观声学取向因素,而后用双折射法分别测定锦纶皮层和涤纶芯层的双折射率,最后用X-光法测定了复合丝中锦纶组分与涤纶组分晶区的取向指数。研究结果表明,在拉伸过程中锦纶皮层取向态的变化规律与纯锦纶相同,而涤纶芯层又与纯涤纶相同。拉伸温度对皮芯层取向态结构的影响也同样如此。这就从侧面证实了上述三个测试方法的合理性。这些方法的建立对其它品种复合丝的研究也具有一定参考价值。

【Abstract】 This paper deals with the characterization of the oriented state both in the sheathand in the core of the polyamide 6-polyethylene terephthalate bicomponent fiberunder the condition that the individual components need not be separated inadvance.This can be done by measuring simultaneously the apparent acousticorientation factor of the bicomponent fiber,the birefringences and X-ray orientationindices of polyamide sheath and polyethylene terephthalate core.From the experi-mental results obtaied it may be seen that the dependence of orientation on drawratio and temperature in polyamide sheath and polyester core components ofconjugated fiber is the same as that of the single polyamide fiber and the singlepolyester fiber,respectively.This orientation characterization method may also beapphed to other kinds of bicomponent fibers for the same purpose.
