现有多层砖房震害预测的方法及其可靠度

【摘要】 本文阐述了综合评定现有多层砖房抗震性能、预测其震害的方法。这种方法是建立在总结我国历次破坏性地震中大量多层砖房的震害经验和实测其动力特性的基础上的,它以砖墙体的抗震强度作为主要判据,同时,综合建筑结构各部件的作用和所在场地的影响,在烈度为Ⅵ—Ⅹ度范围内预测震害。震害程度分为六级:基本完好、轻微损坏、中等破坏、严重破坏、部分倒塌和倒平全毁。预测的可靠度,由震害与墙体强度的统计分析中的符合度和条件概率给出,一般是令人满意的。

【Abstract】 Method of evaluating aseismic behavior of existing multi-story brick buildings and their damage prediction are illustrated in the paper. This method is established based on the earthquake damage experiences of a great deal of multi-story brick buildings during many destructive earthquakes in China and their dynamic properties measured in sites. The aseismic strength of brick wall is considered as a main criterion. The effect of various member of building structures and the influence of the site condition located are also considered.The damage prediction was carried out for intensity ratings ranging from V1 to X. The damage degree can be divided into six categories, basically intact, slightly damaged, moderately damage d, seriously damaged, partially collapsed and totally collapsed, respectively. The reliability of damage prediction obtained with the aid of coincidence and conditional probability according to statistical analysis between earthquake damage and the strength of brick walls, is generally satisfactory.
