【摘要】 黑龙江省一个大型育肥猪场于1981年8月,突然暴发以高热、呼吸困难、皮肤发绀等症状为主的猪的群发病。发病初期,曾用大量抗菌素治疗无效。经病理解剖学和病理组织学检查,见有典型猪弓型体病病理变化;在脏器涂片中直接检出了滋养体型弓形体原虫;小白鼠动物接种试验呈阳性反应,因而确诊了该场所发生的猪病为急性猪弓形体病。用 SMP 或 DVD 与 DS₃₆合剂治疗均有明显疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 In August,1981.an unknown disease of swine with symptoms such as highfever,dyspnea and cyanosis of skin suddenly broke out in a large scale fatteningpig farm,in Heilongjiang province.The diseased swine were 1500,which madeup 68.1 per cent of the total herd.there were 148 dead swine,the mortalitywas 9.8 per cent.At the inifial stage of caurses,it was failed to respond to antibiotic treat-ment with large doses.At last,a typical pathological change of toxoplasmosisof swine was found by anatomical and pathohistological examinations.Trophozoites of typical toxoplasmotic protozoon were directly discovered insmears of several organs.The positive response was observed by inoculationtest in mice.So that,a definite diagnosis was made of this disease present onthis farm as acute toxoplasmosis of swine.A remarkable therapeutic effect was obtained by SMP or mixture of DVDand DS₃₆.更多还原
