【摘要】 本文报导了氦氖激光照射马的会阴部皮肤可以提高血液白细胞噬菌能力。表现为从照射的第二天开始白细胞的噬菌指数及具有噬菌能力的白细胞数均升高,于照射后的第四天达到最高值,而于照射的第9—10天逐渐下降。激光技术在我国医学和生物学领域中的应用范围正在逐步扩大。临床观察发现低功率氦氖激光照射有刺激、血管扩张、止痛消炎等诸种作用。为了进一步探讨氦氖激光照射马体后对血液中白细胞吞噬机能的影响,借此从一个侧面观察其对机体防御机能的影响,特拟定本课题的研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper reported that He—Ne laser impengined upon the skin of perineaⅠ region of horse could rise the phagocytic ability of leucocyte in the blood. It was observed that the phagocytic index and the number of phagocytic lencocytes began to rise on the second day of impinging and reached its maximum on the forth day after impinging. From nineth to tenth day of impinging it dropped greadually.更多还原
