电导法检知Pt/TiO2的晶间氢

【摘要】 <正> 以光沉积法将Pt高度分散地担载于TiO2粉末上,压成直径约为16毫米,厚约0.5毫米的圆片,真空镀金使形成两个几何尺寸固定的欧姆接触点。用铂丝作测量引线,用精密自动高速平衡电导电桥(数字显示)测定了样品在室温和高温氢气氛中的电导变化。观察到Pt/TiO2在常温下暴露于氢中可产生巨大的可逆的电导变化,而无Pt的TiO2

【Abstract】 An instantaneous, enormous change in conductivity of Pt/TiO2 in hydrogen was observed at room temperature. The current carriers for different forms of TiO2 during thermal treatment in hydrogen were produced in different modes. The mechanism of interaction between hydrogen and Pt/TiO2 is discussed. It is suggested that hydrogen molecule is activated and dissociated into H atom on Pt clusters then spilled over the TiO2 support as interstitial hydrogen which is subsequently ionized and thus causes the jump in conductivity at room temperature, but at higher temperature part of the interstitial hydrogens is bonded to atoms of the lattice. The condition for the formation of interstitial hydrogen at room temperature is explored.
